What a haunting experience. From the ominous wording of the task to how little you can actually see with the flashlight, I felt very uncomfortable from beginning to end. The atmosphere you built here is brilliant and adds to the tension of descending further and further. I love how there's just enough details to get you intrigued but no real explanation for what happened here; all you can do is keep going deeper. Love this game so much.
I LOVED THIS, this game has the potential to be a movie. I know it wasn't all that much, but i love the idea of vine like creatures taking over the divers and stuff. Super interesting and i really hope you make more of this kinda stuff.
I made a video on your game if you're interested :)
I played your game on my channel and I really liked it! As you can tell for the majority of the game, I'm basically scared to descend the entire time.
At the time I played it, I was initially disappointed it how things turned out at the end (no spoilers), but in retrospect, I still think what you delivered was a pretty scary little experience worthy of praise, that succeeds on its own merits instead of what I initially expected it to be. Good job. Please keep making more.
Was a good time from the dive all the way down until the attack, would've been nice to have had something (pseudo spoiler) like a small tendril lead you to the big thing rather than meandering through the darkness for a few minutes kinda killed the pacing until I actually saw the big thing and how to actually get into big thing, but aside from that this was a lovely experience and I hope to see more someday
Thank you for the feedback, yeah thinking back I'd have made a lot of things different but it still was a nice experience making a game for a gamejam. Learning by Doing. A lot more projects are already on their way:).
Yes I played it and yes I have a youtube. I mean it's practically mandatory at this point. Enjoyed it. God is more wall vaginay than I remember. gg. Also, I found a bug.

I couldn't figure out how to fix the visor at the end, but I don't think it was all that necessary.
This was so well done with the environment, the sound design, the graphic style, all of it was very creepy! Loved it!

Slow pacing and descending into the unknown darkness adds suspense and horror to the game.
Game is visually unique and requires a lot of patience to uncover a deep and disturbing underwater mystery!

Hey! I did a big roundup on a bunch of games in the jam (including yours) with some thoughts on each. Figured I'd share it here for anyone interested!

Hello, I played this game and it was interesting at first but it got a bit tedious near the end, over all it wasn't too bad, good work :)
I find being underwater to be absolutely terrifying. You did an incredible job at replicating that experience. Great Job!
I'm glad it turned out that way:).

Good game. Congrats.
The game was really fun! I got lost somehow maybe because I am simple. But otherwise I enjoyed the game!
For me the atmosphere was great!
I tried it and small bugs (UI-text/text overlapping) aside, I liked the experience. ~☆
I recorded some footage about it and now it's documented. ~❤
Keep developing games and have fun while doing it. くコ:彡

I'm aware of the bug but I don't know how to fix it, but I appreciate your feedback, thx for playing it!
